Mary Birch is by far the best in this business. She’s the most passionate and professional realtor I’ve ever met. She puts her whole heart into what she does for her clients and won’t stop until the job is done. She’s honest and trustworthy and I would not want any other person to help me find the house of my dreams. She absolutely knows what she’s doing and I recommend her always!

One word to describe Troy Pater.....AMAZING!!! No exaggeration! He is super sweet, knowledgeable and an awesome Realtor! He walked me through the entire process of not only selling my home as this was my first time ever doing so, but he found me a Realtor out of state that is just as great to pursue the purchase of my next home. Troy was always available to answer all of my questions, made sure that I was educated and making the best decisions for me that I would be happy with in the end. All of the times I wanted to give up due to the stress of it all he was very encouraging and uplifting and I am so grateful for him not just as my Realtor, but now considered a friend! We worked with Mary Birch and she was an absolute Godsend. She helped us as we moved from Virginia to Louisiana and helped us work through all of the things that come with a cross country move, even finding jobs. She truly goes above and beyond. Any questions we had, she had an answer, and if she didn’t, she worked tirelessly to find one. She got us an excellent deal on our dream home and made the process as smooth as possible. She cares so much about her clients, and we truly view her as a friend and not only our realtor. My husband and I tend to be procrastinators and before we knew it we only had two months to find a place. Angie Malbrough was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. The houses she recommended were exactly what we were looking for and she knew how to work with the owners to get the best offers. We were in California at the time so she would have to video call us or send us videos of home walkthroughs. She never hesitated to give us an extremely detailed tour and was always willing to make multiple trips in case we wanted to see a house again. She also helped us to understand what all the paperwork was for and where we were in the process. Highly recommend you let her find you your perfect home because she will deliver!
